FAQ FOR ALL YOUR DPF QUESTIONS

1. What is DPF cleaning and why is it important?

A DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) traps soot and ash from your exhaust. Over time, it

gets clogged—hurting fuel economy, performance, and even leading to engine failure.

Cleaning restores it to like-new condition and keeps your truck on the road.

2. How often should I clean my DPF filter?

It depends on your mileage and engine load, but most trucks should have it cleaned

every 75,000 to 125,000 miles, or sooner if you're seeing warning lights, regen issues,

or reduced power. Fleet trucks or heavy haul should clean even more frequently.

3. Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. If your filter only requires Pneumatic Cleaning, drop the filter off in the morning, and

we’ll have it cleaned and ready same day sometimes within hours. Just call ahead to

confirm.

4. Can you clean all types of DPF filters?

Yup. We clean DPF, DOC, and SCR filters for all major makes and

models—Freightliner, Peterbilt, Volvo, Cummins, CAT, Detroit, you name it.

5. Do you clean filters to OEM standards?

Absolutely. We use state-of-the-art equipment designed to meet or exceed OEM

cleaning specs. This isn’t a backyard blow-and-go—we do it right so your filter lasts.

6. What’s the turnaround time?

Pneumatic Cleaning: Same-day in most cases. Drop-off in the morning, pick up in the

afternoon. For fleets or mobile service, we’ll coordinate ahead of time for pickup and

delivery. Bake and Pneumatic Cleaning: Next-day in most cases.

7. Can I drive with a clogged DPF?

You can, but you shouldn’t. A clogged DPF leads to loss of power, poor MPG, failed

regens, engine damage, and downtime you can’t afford. Get it cleaned before it

becomes a tow bill.

8. Do you offer mobile DPF cleaning?

Yes, we have mobile capabilities for fleets and shops that need on-site pickup and drop-

off. Give us a call to schedule.

9. How much does DPF cleaning cost?

Prices vary depending on filter type and condition, but we offer straightforward,

affordable pricing. Call or text us for a fast quote.

10. Can you clean melted or oil-soaked filters?

If your filter is toast, cracked, melted, or oil-drenched we’ll inspect it and let you know.

We don’t upsell, we give you the facts. If it's dead, we’ll help source a replacement.

11. What areas do you serve?

Portland, Vancouver, Hillsboro, Salem, Wilsonville, Tualatin, and the surrounding areas.

Need us outside the zone? Call, we’ll see what we can do.
